The Scarab Swarms of the Eternal Dynasties are the desert's own weapon turned against the living — countless thousands of ancient beetles, animated by the same funerary magic that drives the entire undead host, flowing across the battlefield like a tide of chitinous death that no shield wall can stop and no formation can hold against. They pour through gaps in armour, overwhelm the unprepared, and strip the battlefield of anything that cannot get out of their way fast enough.

Available as individual swarm bases or in massed quantities of up to 10, Scarab Swarms provide the Eternal Dynasties with a uniquely terrifying skirmish and harassment unit — one that the enemy cannot simply cut down and be done with.
