The Hobgoblin Spearmen of the Sons of Marduk are the horde’s most numerous and most expendable warriors — and they know it. What they lack in individual courage they make up for in sheer weight of numbers, advancing in tight ranks with spears levelled, a bristling wall of iron points that grinds down anything foolish enough to stand in their path. They are not brave. They are not noble. But there are a great many of them, and Marduk has never needed his Hobgoblins to be anything more than numerous and vicious.

The enemy can kill the front rank. The second rank is already stepping over the bodies.
